86    Geant4 is a world-wide collaboration of scientists and software
87    engineers whose goal is to develop, maintain and provide support for
88    the Geant4 toolkit.  The direction of the collaboration is handled
89    by the <a href="steering_board">steering board</a>.  It is
90    the task of the <a href="OversightBoard.shtml">oversight board</a>
91    to ensure that sufficient resources are made available to the
92    collaboration in order for it to function efficiently.
