The Geant4 geometry tree can be stored in the Root binary file format using the reflection technique provided by the Reflex tool (included in Root). Such a binary file can then be used to quickly load the geometry into the memory or to move geometries between different Geant4 applications. See Chapter 4.6 for details and references.
