This test checks the empirical model for proton atomic shell cross section implemented in 
G4hShellCrossSectionExp and G4hShellCrossSectionExpData classes.
This test asks to the users the Shell Number.
Since the model is implemented only for the k shell, the shell number must be 0.
The test prints on the desktop the atomic number, particle incident energy and 
atomic cross section for each elemet with Z > 5.
