             Bug fix in DicomNestedPhantomParameterisation in calculating the
             'copyNo', so that material assignment was wrong
             Set default cut to 1 mm (with previous 1.E-3 mm too much time is
             spent on physics and no improvement is seen with different
             navigation options).
             Corrected direction and position of primary particles so that
             they traverse the DICOM voxels.
