70{\bf Abstract}\\
71This year NNN05 is the occasion for the organizers to write a short "proceedings" on the megadetectors case for neutrino physics and proton decay. This has be done mainly from the speakers contributions and the purpose is to involve most of the participants in an interregional cooperation project at a worlwide scale.
72This has been done as quick as possible, is rather rough and preliminary , and has to be considered as a possible following up "model" for the next NNN's or as a very preliminary version of a future possible "white book".
