24	The 6D orbit of the ThomX ring is very sensitive to the correct
25	setting of the RF cacity. So the ring cirumfenrence should be
26	set to the value get by "getcircumference.m", the speed of the
27	light should be the same as the one defined in "findorbit6.m",
28	the harmonic number should be corrected set, then one can get
29	the right value of the synchrotron
30	phase!!!!!!!!!!!

32	Otherwise, the 6D orbit is not correct!!!!!!!!!!!!

34	This constrait requires the accurate measurements of the ring
35	circumference and other longitudinal parameters (RF cavity voltage,
36	phase, harmonic number) etc!!!!!!! Otherwise, one can't correctly
37	model the ThomX ring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
