Temporary build system waiting a build with pacman.

 On UNIX build with :
       OS> <setup OpenScientist>
 test that onx-config is here with :
     UNIX> onx-config
 test that aida-config is here with :
     UNIX> aida-config
     UNIX> <edit GNUmakefile to customize the xxx_home variables>
     UNIX> make
 Prepare the running environment with :
     UNIX> <edit setup.csh to customize the run env access to snova and OSC>
     UNIX> ./install 

 To run :
       OS> <setup OpenScientist>
      csh> source setup.csh
    (  sh> source setup.sh )
     UNIX> ./snovis_program
