GetSymThetaSliceIndex(int_4 idx) et leurs implementations pour
SphereHEALPix et SphereThetaPhi en vue de l'optimisation du calcul
transforme Ylm
5/ Ajout methode ResolToSizeIndex ds SphereThetaPhi , SphereHEALPix et
