Progress since last meeting

COST project (Michel)

• Result of first selection stage expected May 11 (next week)

SPMA (Victor)

• Work in progress, no performance gain so far

Monitoring templates (David)

• Difficulties with LAL SVN server prevented update of TCD templates (standard/monitoring/nagios)
• Current standard/monitoring/nagios content can be safely replaced by current TCD templates as they are not used by anybody else as standard templates
• Ronald committed NIKHEF templates into SVN in a separate branch: nagios (at the same level as trunk)

panc 8.4 (Cal)

• Not yet released... but coming soon

MS developments into SVN (Nick)

• Still waiting feedback from legal people about contraints and possibilities
• QRD now in a state where it could be released

Best practicies for components (Luis)

• Luis agreed on the principle, need to work out the details...

Contact with YUM developers (Michel)

• Not yet done

Wiki migration (Cal)

• MediaWiki backuped and disabled
• Access : for problem logging with certificates, drop an email to Michel/Guillaume

SVN server at LAL : certificate updated

• Encryption used by previous CA now considered weak (MD5)

Priorities/actions for next month

Maven evaluation as a replacement for quattor build tools (Cal)

QWG wiki : review existing contents (Andrea)

• additionally, identify old URLs that may require a redirect

SPMA (Victor)

• Focus on multiple arch support first

Monitoring templates: review differences between TCD and NIKHEF and define a merge strategy MS developments into SVN (Nick/Michel)

Best practicies for components: discuss how and timeline with Luis

EVO experience a bit difficult today: let try to give it another chance

• I realize after the meeting I was connected in wireless in a room with a weak signal: that may explain the bad sound qualitfy from LAL. Apologies. (Michel)
