Description

We made a change in the naming convention for *_setup.make removing the underscore. This induces conflicts and forces a cmt config when switching CMT versions

We need to fix that so as to make this migration transparent to the user.

One way to reproduce the problem at CERN is to work again release 11.2.0 and chechout the package LArRawConditions-01-08-09 :
