Milestone: Shogun Integration

Currently, will modify the class registering scheme of shogun for better integration of multiboost codebase (replacing the one in multiboost with whom it is clashing anyway) The core of the problem in this integration is the class_list.cpp.sh script which is using some regexp magics. Soeren is looking into it, as I am.
