+        * mgr/GNUmakefile: Introduce Makefile (derived from mgr/Makefile) which
+        builds CMT with standard constituents.make file section, e.g., includes
+        core definitions, mgr/Unix.make as tag specific Makefile, rebuilds cmt.make
+        * mgr/cmt.make: Include core definitions, tag specific Makefile - similarly
+        to when building any other application/library
