It would be good to specify within project.cmt file:
project toto author titi@lal.in2p3.fr

This is added and available via the command:
cmt show project_author
This should be tested and if successful added in the next release (> v1r18p20061003)

The syntax has been enabled for the HEAD version but correspond to nothing within cmt structure, e.g. cmt show author on a project gives nothing
