Should distribute the CMT.py module in an official way.

The CMTpy(v1) package provides the python wrapper for CMT. We should think how we will integrate this within the future release under a $CMTROOT/python directory or just as a standalone package which could be also installed under $CMTROOT or separatly.
This first version cointains probably not all functions but it will be the official cmt python wrapper and could be easily extended if people are interested.
For the moment, you can get it from SVN (http://svn.lal.in2p3.fr:/projects/CMT/CMTpy/v1) by the command:
