Same files as the former version R25, but add the missing modification messages of R25. (1)Add new features in setpvmodel.m, now the bending type elements can be defined in the lattice file with the 4 initial letters with BEND.... (2) Change the maximum tune change range to 0.1 in the steptune feature of thomxringgui.m.
