Description

We estimate the rate of increase of the edge from iteration t to iteration t+1. We start adding dimesions (raw or Haar) j=1,... We also estimate the rate of increase of the edge from filter j to filter j+1. When the second rate is equal to the first, we stop.

Can also be combined naturally with bandits.

The only tricky part: bot raw edges are stochastic, so the estimate should smooth.On the other hand, we could probably have a parametric form, probably exponential for both.
