automatic grid sizing

An tentative automatic computation of cut_x, cut_y, cut_z has been implemented. The user must put in the file acc.dat the keyword : automatic_grid_sizing = 1. Without this keyword or with automatic_grid_sizing = 0, the computation will be as before.

The automatic grid sizing is very tentative. Il tries to take into acount the beam sizes and offsets. It will be improved from remarks of the users.
