bhabhas with associated photons

The possibility of reading a file bhabha_photon.ini of photons associated with bhabha has been added. The used photons (from used bhabhas) are saved in a fle bhphoton_prod.dat, the boosted photons are saved in : bhphotons.dat

The (ASCII) format of bhabha_photon.ini is :

px  py  pz  energy

The (ASCII) format of both bhphoton_prod.dat and bhphotons.dat is :

 index of photon  index_of_bhabha_to_which_the_photon_is_associated energy px py pz

from now on, the format of bhabha.ini is :

 px1  py1  pz1 e1  px2  py2  pz2  e2  number_of_associated_photons
