Build tools
- Tool to convert from old to new build tools (Cal)
- Use of new build tools for all NCM components

Configuration Modules
- New ncm-spma migration strategy for QWG (Michel/Victor)
- ncm-network full rewrite
- ncm-dpmlfc: rewrite without dabase-related functions and use ncm-mysql to configure the database (changes required in DPM/LFC templates)
- ncm-gip2 should use perl-CAF to execute commands rather than `$cmd`

- Replace cake by a panc invocation through ant
- Story: ease integration of new Pan compiler version into CDB (dependencies managed by panc ant task used by SCDB and Aquilon), easier access to Pan options to control parallelism and serialization with a large number of profiles.

- Complete integration of NIKHEF improvements to add flexibility and support hierarchy of Nagios servers (Ronald)
- Gather the information on existing Quattor-related probes at sites (Christos)
